Bugsy the Pug belonged to a rescue friend of mine (she does Pugs, I do Pekes). He is in this picture with his mom's Goddaughter. Here's what Bugsy's mom said: "SHE WAS BUGSY'S BEST FRIEND, AND WHOM HE ADORED FROM THE MOMENT HE MET HER AT 3 DAYS OLD. WHENEVER SHE WAS HERE, HE NEVER LEFT HER SIDE. HE WOULD NAP UNDER HER BASSINET OR NEXT TO HER BABY CARRIER WHEN SHE WAS HERE FOR A VISIT. THE FEELINGS WERE MUTUAL..THEY ADORED EACH OTHER."
Farewell sweet boy, Rest in Peace. You are greatly missed. ++++++++++++++++++++++

Beautiful Heather came into rescue in January. She was in a Maryland shelter and I just don't know why. She's a wonderful Peke with long ear fringes.
Look at her gorgeous coloring!! She is great with other dogs and loves to play. She's really sweet and loves to go for walks, too.
She looks so serene here, but she can be so cute when she chases her tail and tell the vacumn cleaner who is boss!
She can be very frisky after a bath- even going so far as to make her towel pay for the horrible "crime" that has been committed against her. The towel's sentence: As many bites, growls, and snarls as Heather feels so inclined to bestow upon it. You tell that towel off, Heather!!
Heather is waiting for her permanent home-- is it yours??

Please send my thoughts to your friend who lost her pug. Having had a rescue pug myself , I know what clowns they are and Bugsy will be missed alot.
ReplyDeleteOh , isn't that Heather a sweet lady - even if she gives her towels hell! LOL
Your in our thoughts and prayers Tina during this time of great loss. RIP sweet angel.
ReplyDeleteBugsy was undeniably a very special little pug with a special bond. It's so neat how they instantly pick their person to love ♥
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness ~ I would not be able to resist Heather. Just look at that sweet profile and a feisty personality to match!
