KELLY

Kelly is doing great in her foster home in Maryland.

She enjoys lounging on the deck. She's showing off her haircut-- we had to have a very short haircut because of the condition of her hair. But, it will grow back out.

She looks so pretty this way-- but where's her Peke tail-plume? Don't worry, that will grow back, too.

I used this picture before, but it's so cute, I had to put it in again. Don't you just want to reach through the blog and pet her.

Kelly went in to be spayed and we found out she ALREADY was spayed. That's two in a week! (Ellie was already spayed also.) We looked for spay scars and just couldn't find one on either of these dogs. Poor girl. She slept all the way home. She also had a dental so her teeth are all nice and clean now. Wake up pretty girl.

Kelly is a great little girl. If you are interested in adopting her, just email us!

  1. I do not know if you do this in the USA but when a dog or cat is de-sexed they put a tattoo in their ears so when a dog or cat comes into rescue or taken to a vet as a stray they can see if its been "done".

  2. They should do that here. It would save us trying to figure out if a dog has been neutered/spayed.

  5. Kelly is super cute, sorry she had to go through extra surgery:( I do have to say though, that clear cone of shame is something I have never seen before!
