SHEILA

Sheila came to us from a shelter. Her owner had turned her in at nine years old! She is a healthy girl, just needed cleaning up. Her eyes are great and she is so sweet.

Her foster mom had her groomed to keep her belly dry during autumn walks. She looks like a puppy now.

Her foster mom takes her on play dates with a Shih Tzu and she loves playing outside.

You almost missed being in this picture. :-) Are you looking for someone to play with?

Sheila has a very playful personality, and loves a game of fetch, going outside, or taking a walk. Even though Sheila is 9, she has many more years. If you are interested in adopting her, just email potomacpekes@gmail.com
Kay and Claretta helped me to transport Sheila-- they have adopted several Pekes from us, including Domino-- can you see him? He's in front! Teddy is with him, followed up by Maggie-- they are great friends now. Domino wants Sheila to have a home like he has. Here's a letter from his owners. I let them know how well Sheila is doing.

I know you can see us grinning from ear to ear as we read the update on this too cute little girl! The pictures show a genuine transformation from knotted, dirty and confused to youthful, trusting, with happiness that glows through. Thanks for sharing with us; made us almost as happy as Sheila surely must be.
