Must Love Pekes is a blog for those who love Pekingese -- their looks, their antics, their personalities. It is written by me, Linda, and I have been rescuing Pekingese for over 20 years. Lots of them have come through our home. We have loved them all.

NESTLE ADOPTED
Nestle came to us from a shelter in the western part of Virginia. He was VERY sick with kennel cough and had to be isolated for weeks. But, once he was healthy, he was ready for his vetting and ready to be adopted. I was looking for a Peke who would be good with cats, and Nestle fit the bill perfectly. He now lives with Spike, an older cat. They pretty much ignore each other, which is just fine with his new owner. Nestle has received numerous comments about his cuteness and he takes it all in stride. He has made himself right at home, and loves belly rubs.
Congratulations, Nestle! My Weezie tries to ignore Romeow, but he won't let her LOL he's just a young rascal who loves his Nana Weezie...
ReplyDeleteNestle, I'm so happy for you, you sweet boy! Thank you everyone for helping Pekes in need. That is the most noblest thing anyone could ever do - is rescuing lives!
