TINSLEY AND CLARENCE
Tinsley was rescued after being chained in a back yard (summer and winter!) for two years. Look at him now! He loves to play and play and play....... :-) He was visiting Clarence for the week-end and had a great time.
How in the world can you chain up any animal, but such a tiny dog as a Peke??? I just don't get it...how stupid and demented can one be? I'm glad that part of his life is finally over with.
