Lucy came into rescue two years ago. She was an owner turn in and Pat (our club secretary) said she would foster her. Lucy never left. :-)
Lucy was just a puppy when she came to us-- but her owner was unable to give her the care she needed.
It's hard to get a good picture of a black Pekingese-- but Pat does a great job. I need a better camera so my pics look like hers!
I think Lucy just wants us to put cameras away so she can take a nap. :-)
