LILY KAY-- NO CAST!

Lily Kay came to us from a background of being in a puppy mill in NC.  The puppy mill was busted by authorities and she was saved.    The shelter (one of just a few we work with in NC) asked us to take her.   Her mouth was so infected that she lost many teeth and had to have a cast put on her lower jaw to stabilize it and give it time to heal.
It looked a little funny, but she didn't let it bother her a bit-- she ate soft food and continued to play and learn to trust that she would never be put in a kennel/crate again.
Lily Kay has learned that being outside is wonderful, having friends is wonderful, being fed is wonderful.....
Here she is-- no mouth cast!    She is a happy girl now!     You are beautiful, Lily Kay!
