PUMPKIN

Pumpkin was in a shelter near Richmond, VA.   She had been turned in by her owner, and had obviously  not been cared for well.     She was kept at a pet store, in the same area as the rabbits-- the problem is, she is not a rabbit.    She needed to be walked, taken out for companionship and love.
We were told she was about ten years old and really needed a dental.  She lost ten teeth (but still has a lot left).   She is a very sweet girl and definitely deserved to have another chance at life.   That's what we do in rescue.
The good news is that her bloodwork was perfect!   Wow.    She is ready for a forever home.
She is resting on her foster mom's lap and they say she is doing great.   She has begun running in the yard!   She is fun to watch and loves life now that she is safe.    Let us know if you would like for her to join your family.
