Oscar came into rescue in 2013 in pretty rough shape-- but with the magic of rescue, he blossomed.
His foster mom, Genise, adopted him, and he has had so much love since then. We were told he was 9 then, but he could have been younger. So, he's anywhere from 9-13 now-- he still has a young spirit!
