Ace came into rescue because his owner didn’t want him anymore.
We don’t know why. Like many fosters, we never received any records of medical care. So, we started fresh, doing all the things that should have been done all along.
An X-ray showed he had a huge bladder stone.
He is in a great foster home w Buddy and Bonnie.
Ace had his bladder stone surgery on Friday and is doing well. His foster mom is close when his e collar is off.
E collars are so annoying- but they are necessary.
He had Christmas pictures done. Isn’t he beautiful. 🌲❤️
Bonnie, Ace and Buddy are posing.
Ace will be spending Christmas in his foster home. And he will be there next Christmas, too. He is being adopted by his foster mom and dad and they are all so happy. Ace will be having a very merry Christmas. 🌲🌲
I am so glad to see that Ace has a furever home!
ReplyDeleteRest up after that Op Ace.... you have a lot of present openings ( oh I am SO OLD.... it should read - "Present Un-Boxing" to do!! LOL
Things have been so ruff-ruff at our house of late that any even slight change sets me awash in tears and Ace's story did just that. A beautiful boy like him not being totally loved anywhere he traveled is a sin, just as any rescue and with us, Pekes for sure.
ReplyDeleteI want to think that changes are underway in all of our lives in will be so much better after this horrible year of 2020.and that good things will come.
It's wonderful that Ace's life is changing and that God has better news for us now.
