DANIEL AT THE VET

Daniel had a tough week end.  He must have had seizures Saturday night because he was out of it Sunday morning.   He had a seizure Sunday morning and was given diazepam.  That helped some but not enough.  He continued to have some neurological activity all day.   So, last night, he was admitted to the vet for round the clock care. 

He had IVs put in and IV meds were started.  When I checked later, he was resting and meds were beginning to help.   We hope this continues and a new medication regimen will help him.  He’s a very young boy and is at the age where idiopathic epilepsy usually begins.  His foster family adores him, so we hope he can go home soon. ❤️
