FEY AND HER FRIENDS

Fey came into rescue a year ago, on July 4, Fey was saved by someone who knew of our rescue.  (She had actually worked at my vet.). Fey had  been wandering and needed help.   Her foster moms were Kay and Claretta.  They have been part of our rescue a long time.  They also are good friends of mine and are on the rescue committee.  That means they help make major decisions about our foster dogs and our rescue.   (They also give me wisdom as we share health concerns of our foster dogs. Their friendship is a gift.)
Nikki has joined the family there.   He has been there having major health care and he’s now going to remain.  Yay!!  He’s a beautiful sweet boy.

Fey has heart issues so she is a permanent foster.   Sometimes we take in dogs who have a lot of major health issues.  Most people would not adopt them, so we keep them in our rescue.
They all had baths this week.  BG doesn’t look too pleased. 🤣
Mojo was a foster and he stayed.  He can be precious but he also can have some pekatude. 🤣. He’s too cute for that!
Ginger is a frequent visitor.  She belongs to a rescue friend.  She’s an older girl w health issues and she feels at home when she visits.
Tina is also a PVPC alumni.  She lights up the home.  She arrived years ago, very sick, but she blossomed.  Here she is regrouping after her bath.  She’s wearing a storm helmet also known as a lamp base.  🤪
Time for all to rest.  Kay and Claretta probably needed a break, too.  Fey, Ginger and Nikki sure needed one.   They have a busy, loving home!
