HENRY—SAFE!

Henry was in a small rural shelter.  I couldn’t take him.  But a friend has a sanctuary near me for older, special needs dogs.
Tiffany wrote this, “Henry joined the Safe Harbor crew this weekend. He came from a shelter in central Virginia. He around 11 years old and is blind and can’t hear much, but he is a super sweet boy. The staff at the shelter loved Henry because he’s so sweet and an easy boy. Him and Milo are becoming buddies. They are both blind and can’t hear and like to walk around in circles, so they are a good fit together! The two of them have their own space in the kitchen together so they can walk around all they want without having to worry about bumping into other dogs! Welcome to sanctuary life Henry! #safeharboranimalsanctuary
The shelter said he was about 11 but with all his issues, he may be older.
He is blind and probably deaf too.  His ears are being treated and he gets multiple eye drops a day.
He may have some light and dark senses in his sight.  Time will tell.
He is super sweet.   If you want to help my friend Tiffany w his care, I asked for her links.  He’s w Safe Harbor Animal Sanctuary.   I love rescues helping rescues, and Safe Harbor is a wonderful place.
