SUNNY

 Sunny came into our rescue in January of 2015.  He was in a shelter in Virginia.

 He was about 1-2 years old and his owners kept him on a back porch. 

 He certainly deserved better than that. 

 And he got it!

 He went to his new home and became the pampered Peke he should have been all long.

 Look at that face!

 He adjusted quickly to being loved.

 He had a special name tag so everyone would know his name (and his number was on the other side, I'm sure)-- I can't say enough about having identification on your dog.  It's critical.

 Sunny's best friend was Cheeka.  Cheeka died recently at over 17.  What a beautiful pair.

 They had many adventures together.  The beach was one!   (Or maybe a lake.) 

 He is very comfortable in his home and he wants a new friend.

 So, his mom contacted me to see if we had one who would be a friend for him.

I'm looking for a good fit for him-- just like we do for all our adopters.   But, especially for our alumni!   Just rest, sweet Sunny.  I'll try to find you a friend!
