It was beautiful!
But, this year, we had to search for it. LOLMy daughter lives in Williamsburg, north of us, and she had enough to have schools cancelled.
But, in our yard, no snow shovels were needed.
None. However...
Just 40 minutes from me, Tiffany got a LOT of it. She began Safe Harbor Animal Sanctuary in Suffolk. She takes in a lot that no one else will take. She gives a final home to those who are too medical to be adopted.
It looks like they were all having a blast! Either that, or running for the door to get inside!
It's beautiful and the dogs did seem to enjoy it.
Elsa (fostered and adopted from us in 2015-16) doesn't look like she is too sure about all the snow, but she was a good sport. It will all go away quickly, but it was pretty while it lasted.
Oh so cold but its warming up here again.
ReplyDeleteWe have had a rather "cool" February for us but I think we will be having a "Indian Summer"... a hot autumn.
Sometimes summer can come late.
Have you had a "warm" winter there Linda?
