TIPPER- READY FOR SPRING

Tipper came to us from a rural shelter. He was turned in by his owners family.   He needed help 

He had a major dental and other care and was adopted by one of our board members.    

He’s had a shorter haircut and is ready for spring.   Warmer weather is coming.
