Look who just came into rescue! He was found along a busy 55 mph highway near Williamsburg, VA. He was matted and dirty. He had a collar on with his name and a phone number, but the phone number was a West Va. phone that no longer existed. Skipper is housetrained and chill, good with other dogs. Look for more on him later!
