OUR FOSTER DOGS

Happy first day of September!

We have some beautiful pups who are looking for a forever home.

Marlow is a beauty and he's goofy also.  He does like to be on tables where he can keep an eye on what is going on around him.   He is 8 years old and he is doing better on housetraining, so he does wear a belly band in the house.
Gwennie is 5-6 years old.  She was a former breeding dog, but those days are over.   She is having eye surgery this Friday and hopefully, she will be done with her medical care.  She is making progress on house training, but I put on a diaper to help remind her.  She is a sweetheart.
MEDICAL HOLD
Pippi was formerly Piper but I have a Piper in the house already.  Pippi seems to fit her because she is so small.  She had a dental and has been spayed.   We are working on housetraining, so she wears a small diaper inside.  She thinks she is much bigger than 8 pounds and she can bark BIG (but not so loud) with the rest of them.   She loves to sleep in the bed with us.
Phoebe came into rescue with Pippi.  Phoebe is 11 years old and she would love to be the only dog.   She's fine with other dogs if they don't get in her face, but if they do, she will tell them off.  She loves to be held, is a very sweet and loving girl.   Her foster mom has kids that visit and Phoebe adores them. She has been spayed and had a dental and is ready for adoption.

Sophie and Spencer are precious puppies that a shelter asked us to take.   We were told they were Bichon puppies.  They look like it and their foster mom is going to do a DNA test on one of them.  They are so similar that I'm sure the DNA test would be the same on both.  They are super playful, love the dirt, and the hose.  They are about 4 months old now and will be spayed/neutered in September.

If you are interested in one of these dogs, we adopt in the Virginia/Maryland areas (or areas close by). We do home and vet checks.   When you fill out the application (don't do it on your phone because for some reason, those don't come to us), give us as much information as you can.   No first time adopters.
