It's been quite a week. Chumley had to go back to the vet for the beginning of HGE (hemorrhagic gastroenteritis) again. He only had to stay one day this time.
The girls were staying in the vet because my husband was going to be in the hospital for surgery and I knew I couldn't be here to give their seizure meds on time. The vet staff love them and they received a lot of attention.
My husband did well-- he has to wear this brace for three months! Wow. And he has to be home for three months-- WOW, WOW.
My older daughter came to take care of Sugar Bit so her sister could go to work. I had to be at the hospital-- I need a clone.
But, yeterday, Matt came home. Chumley came home.
The Sisters came home.
Chumley will need time to recover again, but with meds and easy diet, we hope he does well.
This week, I have a few farewells to write, but will also be posting happy pictures. I know it's been a week for many of you-- so happy pictures will give us all a smile!
Like Granger! He's always good for a smile-- you'll see him on one of the blogs!

Everyone is home Linda and now you have to mold yourself into " Nurse Nancy " ... so many patients at your home!
* So glad Matt is fine but I am not jealous of that big brace he has to wear!
Lets hope Cumley is healing too.
Thank God for the happy pictures for this troubling February and start of March. Some sadness has hit us all in one way or another. I think we handle the big stuff better than the loss of a Fur Baby who has been with us almost forever.
Thanks to those who rescue for giving us a reason to stiffen our backbone and celebrate the good things gifted to us from above.
