Daisy was one of the Potomac Six who were rescued a little over a year ago. .
She went to a friends home for fostering.
When she was rescued, she was in tough shape— but the paw was raised to us. It touched my heart.
She had the sweetest personality.
Her mom made this collage. The change was amazing.
Daisy (formerly Blondee) had heartworm treatment and began her new life.
Daisy now sleeps in her mom and dads bed and has a little girl she adores. Her mom had other dogs, but not a peke. She learned about the unique personality of the Pekingese breed. She wrote, “ Things I have learned about owning a peke: nope, she’s not deaf, she just doesn’t care about what you are saying 😂”.
Daisy is a different dog than she was a year ago. Just look at her face. 💖💖. Life is wonderful!
