JOLLY, TD AND HALLOWEENπŸŽƒ

Jolly is getting ready for Halloween. What are you wearing?
He’s going as a bat.  Look at those wings. πŸ¦‡. This is a very colorful bat.
His brother TD isn’t doing so well getting dressed. Is your leg stuck?
He’s doing everything he can to avoid having a costume put on. Silly boy.
Jolly has come a long way since he came to us two days before Christmas.  His foster dad is his favorite person but he likes his mom also.  Jolly’s  dad is  talking of putting in a fence.  Hmm I wonder what that means.
What ever that is, I think Jolly is very excited about it.

πŸŽƒ HAPPY HALLOWEEN! πŸŽƒ

DALLAS, LEX AND PUMPKINS

Lex and Dallas came into rescue in 2022.
Their owner passed away and this pair wanted to stay together.
They’ve been decorating and the pumpkins are out!

Where are the Trick or treaters?  Lex is looking for them.  Don’t worry boys. They’re coming tomorrow.
Are your dogs wearing costumes?  Please share. πŸŽƒ

CAMP RUNAMUCK AND TRIPS

Hello Tuk Tuk.   You’re having company!
We went on a trip so Cinnamon. Piper, Paddington and Dickens went to camp w their cousins.  Camp w the Williamsburg Colonials was fun!

I took their food, eye meds and their couch steps.  Mine are all couch potatoes.
We went to the Midwest for a big birthday. There were deer in the yard.
Some of the trees were beginning to change.
Some were reddish and beautiful.
The one in front was awesome.
My husbands mom turned 90 years old!   Doesn’t she look awesome.
She is in good health and still has a great sense of humor.
Meanwhile at Camp Colonial, Granger was trying to nap in a paper bag.
Dickens found a squeaky toy.  Life was good!
Cinnamon was scared at first but then she remembered. “I’ve been here before!”
She curled up w my granddaughter and the rest- they took over the couch.
Flying showed us beautiful clouds.

We did have glimpses of the Midwest farmland. 😁

We loved our trip but it’s always good to be home. πŸ₯°

WINTER SNUGGLES

Winter has been snuggling since the weather is cooler.
What have I been doing?  Traveling but home today.

The mid west colors are changing some.
It will be beautiful later.
Paddington will be so excited.

LUDO, TOBY AND CALYPSO

Ludo (Fizziwig) and Toby (Gabriel) have been in their home since February.  Toby was the first Christmas pup adoption. His new mom saw him on line and immediately wanted him.  They had adopted multiple dogs from us and we knew they would give you a wonderful home.
When she came to adopt him, she met Ludo (Fizziwig) and she couldn’t leave w out him, too. ❤️❤️. (They still love to nap together.)
Toby (GabrielπŸŽ„) loves his fellow PVPC alumni Calypso (Olivia).  Olivia was a very young mini Australian shepherd we were asked to help.
Ludo and Calypso play together a lot. The cat tree makes a perfect place. Tug of war?  Let’s go!
Get on a higher level Ludo.  It will give you an advantage.  πŸͺœ
Toby, you can join in!  Two against one should give you the advantage. πŸ˜‰  There’s  always someone to play with there.   Kids, dogs, mom and dad.  A great home like this is what we wanted for you and you each got one. 🏠❤️

FRESIA AND TIDBITS

Fresia loves collecting a lot. Leaves are her favorite.
In Virginia, leaves are beginning to change color and dogs are bringing things in side on their paws, tails and ears.
Cinnamon and her long tail are bringing a lot of autumn into the house. πŸπŸ‚
Fresia often has something in her mouth.  This time, it’s a dry cleaning tag.
But any tidbit, like paper, can attach itself to her mouth. Are your dogs bring the outside inside right now?
Share your pictures. Leaves are falling! πŸƒπŸ‚πŸ

TOASTY’S GIRL

Toasty is so proud of his girl!  (So am I!). She’s a PhD student and she was accepted into the research lab she really wanted.  We are all proud of her!
We asked the rest what they thought of it.  Cinnamon said she needed to think about it because she didn’t know anything about it.  Hmmmm. She’s curled up in a flattened laundry bag πŸ˜‰
Dave-“just Dave”- is just confused so no opinion Dave?
Paddington. Paddington.  Hello….. no opinion here either.
Dickens is wagging his tail and happy.  He’s so expressive.  πŸ˜‚ He does have a happier face — the one where his mouth opens a little and his tongue hangs out a little.  It’s very cute.

Toasty I see you are encouraging your girl all along the way.  Tell her congratulations!
