IGGY

Iggy came into rescue 10 days ago.  Her family needed help. 

She fit in at my house right away.  She did try to boss Paddington once. 😂😂  Then she decided she liked all the dogs. 

She was right there when dad got home. (And she was ready for dinner!) 

She decided I was her person right away.  That showed me how much love she had to give. 

I had been looking for a Peke for a wonderful family.  They had applied a while ago and I really wanted to find that special one for them. 

They are expecting their first grandchild and when I met Iggy and Wicket, I took the next picture.  

Many Pekes are a little uneasy w babies, but Iggy was curious and careful w the new baby in her family.  (There was a lot going on and we were glad to help them) 

I messaged the applicant and they arranged to come meet Iggy as soon as she finished her medical care. 

Iggy adores her new home.  She runs and plays fetch, she loves to cuddle, and she can sleep on the bed. That’s something she really liked to do!  She is in her forever home. 🥰. I’m so glad I was able to love for a little while.
