I’ve been getting updates on the Christmas ‘24 rescues.
Winter came in the second group. She came into rescue very timid. Her forever family had just lost one named Bailey. Their hearts were broken. So they applied to PVPC.
Winter let Todd know right away that she wanted to be boss. Little Stinker. 😂. Todd didn’t care. He was just glad to have a new friend.
Winter began to heal the family’s broken hearts. She responded to all the attention and love.
Within a few weeks, two adults and 3 teen daughters, were finding joy again. Winter was blossoming, too. She felt more secure. She had found her family.
Winter went from being a hoarding dog to being a little princess. 🥰
