Paddington is wondering what I’m doing. Being in a new house means things don’t always work where you first put them. We have been in the new house for about 3-4 weeks. It’s a smaller house so it takes time to figure where things fit the best. And some things will be given away.
The dogs favorite ottoman. They guarded the back yard diligently at the other house. But there’s no place where it could go. Until… I moved things in my office so they could have their special look out. There’s usually 3 up there. Cinnamon was somewhere taking a nap.
Gwennie used the couch instead. My office is much smaller now but the Pekes let me know they were a priority. Of course they are right.
The piano had to be moved too. (There’s a grand piano too. I’m looking for a home for it.) Thank goodness it’s on wheels. Piper was trying to help. We had to push it around a corner and down a hallway.
All the dogs thought I was crazy. Maybe I am. I think moving makes everyone a little crazy.
They were a little crazy too. But now they’re settling in, getting used to the new house. We’re making progress. 😁
