Diamond came into rescue last year. She was in rough shape.
Her skin was leathery and missing hair-- her eyes were so bad. But, she got help and she's just amazing now! She was so loving.
She had both eyes removed after we had done everything possible to help heal them. It was not possible and she couldn't see anyway. All the pain is gone. She can hear fine and she LOVES toys!
Her mom and dad are awesome-- they have adopted multiple times from us. Piper is one of our alumni. His sister Abbi was adopted at the same time from another group-- it was a double blessing!
They just celebrated Diamond's 14th birthday. They got her a Christmas stocking with her name on it. She's all set!
She also had a birthday cake.
MMMM. I think she likes it!!
Diamond is so special-- of course, I think they all are. But, she has a special grace and perseverance and determination. She really is unique. 💜💠
Diamond-- so loved, so cherished, so perfect. 💜
