BRUCE IS ADOPTED

Bruce came into rescue in January. He was a special need request from a shelter near me.  He was a medical dog.  He has a heart murmur and a mouth of bad teeth.  He needed rescue.  

He came to us and after seeing the vet, we knew his murmur was not as bad as we thought. So we could go ahead w a two stage dental.  He lost 20 teeth and feels so much better w a healthy mouth. 

Saturday, he was off to meet his new mom.   She had agreed to adopt him before we even knew what his condition would be after his medical was done.  She wanted him regardless of how he would be.  She has adopted before and was a wonderful owner for the two seniors she had adopted before. 

Bruce was so good on his car ride to meet her.   I love this picture.  His sweetness just shines out. 

He met his dog cousins, Tulip and Percy (from the 🎄rescue).

Bruce liked his new mom right away.  

They visited with his new mom’s sister and then they were off to his new forever home.  He is so precious. ❤️
