Mandy came into rescue in August of last year. It doesn't seem that long.
Mandy not only got a new mom and dad, she also got a new sister. Chenny and Mandy are best friends now.
A dog rolling around on her back has to be a secure dog. Just look at her.
Mandy is in the best home we could have found for her. Sweet girls!💮💮
