We received a plea to help a senior male Peke in a small rural shelter. He was turned by his owner. He was shaved down completely. Even his tail. So I suspect he was very matted before and the owner shaved him gown before bringing him. His feet are inflamed and swollen. He has some masses which we will have checked out. He hasn’t had any vet care for at least three years.
We will have him vetted to see what we can do for him but he is safe now. Welcome to rescue sweet boy.
