Lady came into rescue from a shelter.
She is 13 years old, but she sure doesn’t look it or act it. I had SO many people who wanted her.
After we went through our inquiries, and talked to them, we found Lady’s family. We met on Friday. Her new human brother shared his iPad w her ❤️❤️
Soon, she was snoring.
She walked into her new home, ready for her next adventure.
Lady likes men, and she instantly loved her new dad.
I think it is mutual. ❤️
Her brother thinks she’s a princess. (He’s so good w dogs)
There were new beds for her and her Peke brother, Louie.
She wanted to explore upstairs.
And then it was nap time.
She had multiple beds to try. I think this is Louie’s bed.
She is settling in very well. There’s love all around.
She is precious. 💖💕

I do like that she has an iPad ... she may be old but Lady is up to date now!
For everyone reading this post, Lady was adopted into our family here in Haymarket, VA. She has a Peke brother, Louie, who is about twelve years old and also came to us from PVPR. Her human brother, Eli, is five and already completely smitten with her. He declared that Lady *his* dog, so she now sleeps on her fluffy pink bed in his room. She follows us around until she's tired, then she sleeps. She is well-trained, has had zero accidents, and is settling in quite nicely. She has a petite little snore when she sleeps, and loves to be snuggled. My husband was quite surprised that she gravitated to him so quickly, but he loves her as well. This baby girl will have all the love she can handle for the rest of her days. Thank you, Linda, for picking our family. We are truly honored to have Lady join our family.
