Sassy Marie came into rescue several months with severe head tilt and pain. She was put on pain relievers and we did all we could for her-- but it wasn't enough.

Jill Lee and DiDi want Sassy Marie to feel better. They are her friends and want her to be able to live a life outside the playpen. Sassy has to remain in there to keep her from exerting herself too much.

This week, she climbed into a cubby in the bookshelf-- she was out for a little bit and Jeanne could tell something was not right.

Her look was full of pain and she even screamed out.

Her neck surgery is scheduled for this Friday. It's the last thing to do for her. We've tried everything else. We have raised some money for her, but need more to pay for her surgery. If you can give any amount, please go to her chip-in link. All of us want her to have a full, pain free life.

I will pray for little Sassy Marie and hope her surgery will relieve her of her pain and make her feel better! Thank you and God bless you for helping the little ones!
