This doesn't have anything to do with Pekingese. It has to do with helping people who don't have water. I don't usually post things beyond the Pekingese range, but today I am. Have you ever had a glass of water and realized how lucky you are to have it? Clean, fresh water.
My granddaughter "Lil Bit" and a few of her friends (who are going into fourth grade) want to raise money for a lifetime of water for people who don't have access to clean water. They are having a carnival just for this purpose. They are doing this through causelife.org http://my.causelife.org/change4change
Morgan has a heart for others. She donated 14 inches of her long blond hair to help make wigs for people with cancer.
She loves animals (lives on a farm) and has helped me with many of my foster Pekingese.

Legacy Horse Training will give a demonstration with their mustangs at around 1:00 on Saturday--come see some of the methods they use to gentle these incredible wild horses! You will have a chance to meet (and get a photo with) some of the mustangs before and after! It is this Saturday from 10 until 4.
