PATRICK AND THE DIAPER DIARIES

Patrick was born in 2009, and lived in Georgia.
His owner lost her job, and then her husband passed away.  In 2012, she moved to Virginia and lived with her daughter, but Patrick wasn't welcome in the house.  This wasn't the way his mom wanted him to live, and she asked us to help him.
He was born on St. Patrick's Day and that's how he got his name.   He was adopted by Sarah and loved his new home where he could be inside and loved and cared for.
Patrick is an older boy now and he has some accidents.  So, he wears a diaper.
Sometimes, he just lays beside his diaper.
Sometimes, he leaves it behind-- you can tell where he's been, not necessarily where he's going.
"Was I supposed to be wearing this?"  Yep!
Another diaper, lost along the way.
Patrick is so sweet, but seems to be staring at his diaper, occupying his bed.  What's going on?  It's a mystery.  Poor Patrick.   That diaper just has a mind of its own.

This is a true for real in our house as well except our Mercer Meyer was abandoned on the streets of Chicago and no one seems to know how long but it was long enough for him to be difficult for him to master not marking in the house.

He's a sassy little Peke/Pom with a strong will but loves the idea of a real home and regular meals.

He does have difficulty keeping his belly band on so it often ends up in his bed(s), in the yard or numerous other places.

He has the warmest and merry eyes and loves being cuddled up and held close when he's not up to no good. He loves his brother and most of the time nestled within inches of his brother. Now if he would only quit losing his diaper.

Poor Patrick and his diaper..... which we call here a Nappy !

I think a wish and a hope and a lot or rope around your belly might just hold it on Patrick! lol

Sorry I did not answer this ..... we had a huge thunderstorm last night - Thursday and my computer was out for 5 - 6 hours !!
