SABLE—WEST VIRGINIA 6

Sable was the tiniest one of the West Virginia 6.   She was also the most timid.
They all had good reason to be timid-- they were on their own, high in the West Virginia mountains.  It's a miracle they survived.  I keep saying "miracle" because they were out there just under 2 months.   What did they eat before someone began putting food out.  Where did they stay at night to be safe?
She received a lot of attention at the vet, and she began to feel safer.
They were in kennels that faced each other, so Brock "Big Daddy" could watch his friends.
She went to her foster home and wanted attention from her foster dad.
She watched them fix her food.   She weighs under 10 pounds, so she  needs to gain weight.
She checked out her foster home.
She kept an eye on her foster parents.
She jumped on the couch since the other dogs were up there, too.
She went on walks with her foster sisters.  They're being so good with her.
Look at her go.   Just like a pro.
She checked out the new smells.
Her foster dad, David was looking for her-- where was she?  UP THERE.
She found cozy places to be.
She follows them around.
She's feeling better-- and safer.
She's resting now-- safe and loved.
