Schmoo came into rescue several years ago. (Can it be almost three years already?)
He was very sweet and adorable-- but missing his tail and part of his vertebrae, which meant he could not control his bowels. He wore diapers and onesies.
He has a brother, Pudgie, also adopted from us.
Schmoo was adopted by his foster parents because he was a GREAT dog! His diapers were not an issue-- they became quite adept at changing him.
Pudgie is so excited for his brother, Schmoo.
Schmoo went through training and is now a therapy dog!! He has a certificate to prove it.
Schmoo, we are so proud of you!!

Oh my goodness, what an inspiring story. Here's a little guy with problems of his own ending up in an understanding and loving home then going on to help others. Beautiful.
