LOOK WHO SHOWED UP TODAY

I just received these two this morning from my friend at the vet, so I'm adding them to the blog. :-) And here's a video of him with my daughter-- trying to eat her earring. Click here: YouTube - cubbiewoo
LOOK WHO SHOWED UP!
This is a BABY Peke. I received a call to help and I went to pick him up. He is about 8 weeks old. Someone bought him (probably from a back yard breeder) and they realized after a week that they couldn't care for him.

I think he was taken from his mom way too early, but he is eating well and playing with toys. He weighs 1.5 pounds and has a beautiful black mask.

Nothing like sweet puppy kisses.

He was trying to eat my daughter's earring-- she came over three times to see him!

Ty-Ty was very interested in what I was holding. So were the rest here.

He looks like he has a bad hair cut because he does! The owner's daughter cut his hair off to give him a new hair cut. He should be all puffy and fluffy- but it will grow back.

He has his own area here until he moves to another foster home. For now, he's fine. We named him Cubby Woo.

I wonder who will get to adopt this one!!!

There is nothing more sweeter in the world than a baby peke !

I am shocked that someone would let their kid cut the fur off a puppy!!! Glad that little one is out of there!

He is just so tiny. Linda thank you so much for taking him in. I just know he will make someone very proud and happy one day soon!
Now he will have the best of everything. Give him hugs and kisses for me.

Me! Pick Me!! ;-)

Actually, we still are working with getting Camden settled. (This comic is him:

Elizabeth,

I'm with you nothing better than good old(young) puppy breath. The 2 I'm fostering are 7 weeks old too. Two brothers, Colby and Carter. Just way tooooooo cute.

Oh Linda.............. you're killing me!!!!!

Cubby Woo is just too cute!!!! If I had a bigger house, I'd snatch him up in a SECOND!!! Yoshi would love him! He tries to get my GSDs to play with him, but they just look at him and seem to be saying, "you've got to be kidding.........." and they roll their eyes..........

You're NOT KEEPING HIM?????? You NEED a baby in your house! I think we all here would agree, right!??!??!

No no, I'm not keeping Cubbie. I have plenty! haha

Oh my goodness ~ there's nothing cuter than a puppy! I've never seen a peke puppy! It's a good thing I'm not closer to Virginia, because I'd lose all common sense for sure (Oh, with three poms I've already lost common sense a long time ago)
I agree with Melinda, letting your child give the puppy a haircut is definitely NOT a good sign!
