HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANDY!

Rusty came from a rural shelter 2 years ago-- he was part of a court case and had been held for 3 months with no time outside.  The pen was cleaned with him in it-- what a horrible time for him.  BUT, the sunshine broke through when he came into rescue!
He was adopted by a wonderful mom and he just celebrated his birthday!!   SIX years old!
 He ate a frosty paws...
And wore some of it on his face-- YUM.
He had a birthday hat and I'm sure he received a lot of presents.
Oh, a Reese's Pieces toy-- does it taste like peanut butter and chocolate?
I'm so glad that Rusty has such a wonderful forever home and that we get updates!
They encourage to continue in rescue, keep loving these dogs and doing all we can to save them.    HAPPY BIRTHDAY, RUSTY!!
