He loves his family, and he includes me in that. He's so precious.
My daughter and granddaughter rushed him to the emergency vet. He was in a lot of pain. The vet there took x-rays and called to see which neurologist could take him. They rushed him to Richmond (about an hour away from them). The neurologist found spinal bruising. He doesn't need surgery, which is great. The healing will take longer than if he had surgery, but he will be fine. 🤞In 2011, Starlight had the same thing happen to her. No surgery, but a long rest. I would sometimes put Beach Bit in with her. Starlight was our little Cujo, but oh did she love her kids!
It took 6 to 7 weeks for her to heal. She ended up loving her playpen. It had wheels so I just rolled her around the house. She would even ask to go in it after she was healed. :-) She healed and never had a back problem again. I hope the same for Toasty-- full healing. He is so loved by the family!!

Poor Toasty...... this happened to my Coco too.
Rest in her crate for 6 weeks ( I think ) so I do hope Toasty just sleeps and perhaps a little TV time .
Snap Linda ...... my granddaughter had to have 2 teeth out last Monday and another 2 this coming Monday before she gets her braces on.
