FAREWELL GINNY

Ginny came into rescue in 2017.
She was about 10 at the time.
She was nervous at first, but she became so content with her mom and dad.
She helped other dogs who came to visit or stay.  Denver came to visit-- and he stayed.  There's a lot of love there.
Baby came, too.   She was an old tiny girl.
Rosie was a special needs girl and she came to this home, too.    She had a place to become who she was meant to be.
Ginny became a content little girl.  She gained some weight and became healthier.
Look at her smile.
She had the sweetest face.
Ginny began sleeping a lot.  She began walking in circles and was confused a lot.  She would walk into her doggy friends and not know it.  It's very difficult when a dog has cognitive issues-- dementia can cause so many issues.   We want them better, but part of us knows that we can't fix it.

Ginny's mom and dad knew it was time to let her go.  They held her as she left them
last week.  There's a feeling of loss when they look for her.
Ginny is free now.  And the love for her remains.
Run free sweet Ginny.  💜
