AUTUMN-- MAKING PROGRESS

Autumn came into rescue last fall.   She was a terrified dog who had been turned into a shelter by her family.  (I shouldn't use the word "family."  Family doesn't treat a dog this way.)
She was 8 pounds, thin and matted.  She has gained 3 pounds!!   11 pounds is a good weight for her.
Look at her now.  Her hair is growing back, and she is not the abandoned, neglected dog anymore.
She needs to be fed alone--dogs who were starving tend to be food protective.   They just need to eat on their own.   (I use crates here to feed the Christmas dogs that I have.   They were starving, too.)
Autumn has learned to trust her foster mom, Amee.   It takes time for dogs like Autumn to feel safe.

Autumn is a beautiful little girl.  I'm so glad PVPC saved her.  💜
