Georgie was adopted from our rescue in December of 2000 at ten months old. He passed away this week at 15 years and 1 month old-- His owner sent us an email thanking us for giving her "the opportunity to be his mom and for loving him before I did." She said "he was loved and cherished and things will never be the same without him." I want to thank HER for giving him an incredible home full of love and care and joy. It's what we want for each of our foster dogs. I'm so sorry for your loss, Rita. Georgie, run free with the rest of the Pekes.
