FEY…
Two years ago on July 4, Fey was out in a thunderstorm in NC. She wandered up onto the porch of a home and was discovered there by the homeowner.
She is a sweet girl.
The strange thing—maybe a “Godwink” moment— the house belonged to someone who knew me when she lived in Virginia.
She contacted me and our NC foster home went to get Fey.
Fey is a happy girl. But she has a bad heart. The murmur is worse on the right side than on the left. Her heart is enlarged. She was given six months to live and here we are, two years later.
She does have leaky valves and blood pressure issues. She used to be able to climb on the end table but now she stays at floor level. Fey is on several heart meds to help her.
She’s slower now but still happy. She’s one of our forever fosters. Happy two year “got-cha” day!! 💖
