Jolly came in with the first group of the Christmas pups. December 23 began a new life for him.
Jolly was 7.2 pounds and part of him had been shaved. He was about 5 we think and thin. He was sick when we got him and he lost weight at first, but he was well cared for at the vet and we got his system settled. The staff set up their kennels in the break room, so they all had a lot of attention and holding. He looked sad and without hope when we got him.
Look at him now! What a smile!
He is healthy at about 10 pounds now.
After a bath, he had a little bit of wild hair. :-)
He loves both his foster parents, but his dad is his favorite. Jolly and TD are usually on or near him.
His foster parents are now his parents. 💜 He can relax now, knowing he is safe.
Jolly and TD are forever brothers now. His first happy Thanksgiving is coming soon!
