Otis came into rescue after being found as a stray.
One of his eyes was so bad we thought he would lose it. He was matted and skinny and needed help badly.
But, we take these dogs who have no hope-- and we help.
Lisa is fostering him in Richmond and his eyes are doing so much better. He is an older boy, and he loves to cuddle. Being close to someone is just the best for him. He isn't very active, and likes to just go slow. But, he's loving and wonderful.
This Christmas, Otis will be safe and loved. And he's happy.
