Hennie was in a Virginia shelter last year.
They reached out to us because it seemed that she had a broken leg.
She is so easy going and loves all the others. (Fey is using her for a pillow.)
She came to my house temporarily to have X-rays done. (She also needed hernia repair and spaying.)
She was a perfect house guest.
I told her she was going to her forever home with my friends Kay and Claretta.
They adore her there.
She had a brace for her leg for awhile but the huge “wound” is gone now and she is amazing at getting around. (We believe she was born with a malformed leg.).
Nicky thinks she’s a great friend. Pillow buddy?
Yesterday she celebrated her 15th birthday. Celebrate!! 🎈🎂🎉
