Cupcake was in a shelter in the western part of Virginia. She was turned in by her owner. She was only five years old.
If dogs in shelters have medical issues, they have almost no chance of adoption-- so we were contacted. Cupcake had a small growth on her eye. Nasal fold (eye fold) surgery and eye drops solved that problem. She was ready for adoption! And she did not last long.
She went to a wonderful home in Maryland and her mom just sent me an email saying it had been a year since she had joined her family. You know I love updates!
Cupcake is here with her friend, Remmy, and she loves her life! We do, too!!
