I love getting updates on our adopted dogs. This was Jelly almost 4 years ago. He was a stray in a shelter and had obviously been through so much. He is a beautiful white Peke-- I wish he could tell us what happened to him.
Jelly went to a foster home with Marilyn, who was very calm, loving and patient. She let him have all the space he needed.
He began to have a happy face and made progress in trusting. He just learned to climb the doggy steps to the sofa and now knows it is okay for him to be there.
He looks very comfortable up there-- yes, your mom was taking your picture. I'm so glad you are doing so well, Jelly-Man!!
