Potomac Valley Louie is a wonderful boy-- he lost his eyes at ten months after being hit by a car. But, it sure didn't affect his spirit.
He lives up north now, and I guess he needs this hat when it's cold.
His mom is now really sick-- they've asked us to pray for her. Louie is giving her a lot of comfort, but he wants her to get well and be with him forever. Please lift her up!
