This tiny 9.8 pound Shih Tzu is in a shelter where we got Abner. This little one is in need of help and they have asked us. She's not a Peke though, so we're trying to find someone or a rescue to take her.
She is about 7 years old, and has vision issues from lack of care. If you or anyone you know can help, please let us know-- she needs help. She is a very sweet dog!
