Rascal came into rescue with Zoey. He was matted and terrified. His foster Mom Toni, said, “ This is the cutest little guy. He hops like a mini goat. All 4 paws come up at the same time. And the step down from my back door is all of an inch to the concrete and he takes a running g leap to get over it. He keeps me rolling with his antics.”
Rescue has made a new life possible for him. ❤️ More happy days are coming!
