BRANDY OF THE BRISTOL 18

Brandy came to us in 2010-- one of 18 dogs rescued from a back yard breeder.  She is on the right.

She was in horrific condition-- so thin, in a crate with two tiny puppies.    The crate was awful and the puppies had urine burns on their feet.  FREEDOM time!!  Life changed forever that day.

Brandy went to be fostered with Camden.   Brandy had been through so much.
But, she gained a LOT of weight that she needed.
I think Camden gave her security.
Brandy was 4 years old when we rescued her.  She's almost 15 now.  Hard to believe.
She ended up being a "foster save" -- a friend uses that term instead of foster failure.  I like that!
She gained a forever home when she went home with Mary Elizabeth.
It was the best day of her life.   She became a safe, loved girl.  What a rescue that was!
If you were involved in that rescue, make a comment about it.  I love our rescue team!
